Jamaican Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout with Walnuts inspired by a Hungarian dessert
CELLAR MASTER NOTES
This beer is based on one of the most famous Hungarian desserts. We have replaced chocolate dressing with the thickest stout that we have brewed so far. The notes of rum, walnuts and raisins is the touch of the Jamaican rum barrel. The high alcohol content, full body and the dessert notes from the barrel aging are mellowed together by the significantly longer than average bottle conditioning.
