The 2024 version of our Barrel Aged Golden Sour Ale with Elderflower

The sixth release within our Fantastic Yeasts And Where To Find Them series. It was bottled last year, but only now we feel that this version with the power elderflower is shaping up to what and how we wanted it to be. We’ve had purple basil and porcini editions as well in recent years of this series we launched in 2020, and all three have suited this fragile golden sour ale base quite well. Light acidity and floral sweetness characterize ELDERFLOWER 2024, providing a subtle and elegant experience, that smooths out nicely after a defining first sip, balanced throughout the entire bottle, yet still leaves a mark.
