You, beautiful people, loved the NYE2021 blend so much on tap that we decided to create a batch to be bottled as well. This marriage has been set between our previous Barrel Project release “Asleep In The Deep” which arrives with loads of chocolate together with hazelnut and a mixed fermented, wine barrel-aged, black raspberry-infused hawthorn mead. As you can expect, complexity attacks from several directions in the shape of chocolate sweetness, deep fruitiness, playful acidity, nuts, nuts, nuts and more!

Saying it’s a Black Forest cake would be too obvious and we even used this term before but what could be said? It’s pretty much like that and beyond!
