The blend of Nepali wild Sichuan and Red Sichuan pepper is markedly present from the first smell until the last sip, but despite playing the main character of the composition, it doesn’t get too intrusive. Not only for the fans of Belgian styles, not just a well-executed practice of style, but the potential underdog of the season (saison!!!)
