We approached this composition similar to Nolala Land, but this time we changed the nuts from pecan to brazil, so we stepped up our game by working with a new addition we never used before. Shame on us, it’s so much win! Alongside the well-known maple notes from the barrel, brazil nuts bring obvious nuttiness and the storm of buttery-coconutty-almondy flavors making this beer unique, but familiar at the same time. Nuts!
