In case of Bavarian wheat beers we felt a tiny bit of emptiness at the middle of the sip. To eliminate it, we put madagascar vanilla beans into the beer after fermentation, making Monkey Temple a complex and nicely aging wheat beer.
It is characterized by banana, clove and vanilla aromas and the creamy, soft mouthfeel coming from the use of wheat malt.
