The fourth release of our smoothie-inspired series is a coconut yoghurt soured, forest fruited, cocoa beans added berliner weisse that is dominated by chokeberry (hello Black Mass fans) despite the fact that we put all the pears in the world into it… For a strange reason, you’d expect it to be sweet (sort of), but it’s dry and tart and shouldn’t work, but it works just too well. Not sure if it’s appropriate to write anything like this, but yeah, why not. We can do that.
