As the third member of the series, Happy Finish Calvados strikes with the unity of chocolate derived from the scotch barrel and a bit acidic apple taste from the calvados barrel. This bad boy sat 1-1 year in each container to soak up every little bit of taste and aroma. The double-barrel aging method comes from the spirit scene where these fruity barrels like port, sherry, cognac, calvados, or wine, are widely used to provide a wonderful finish to the composition and we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to do something similar. Attention, good things come in pairs!
