Raspberry, Passion Fruit & Calamansi Triple Fruited Imperial Gose
Things got seriously over the top fruity in this collab brew with friends from Nurme (Latvia). We added sea salt, coriander and hops to the creamy malt base, and topped it with mind blowing amounts of raspberry, passion fruit and calamansi. Subtle vanilla ties all together and provides silky sweetness.
