- Alcohol: 6 %
- Style: New England IPA
The essence of the style is to subordinate every brewing aspect to highlighting the hop aromas, nothing else matters.
Silky mouthfeel, special yeast strain interacting with the hops and hop content, so high that it seems to be a slip of the pen without being smashingly bitter. As a byproduct of the method – deriving from the huge amount of hop oils – these beers don’t look too imposing, but in terms of hoppiness and hop aromas they’ve opened a new horizon deserving to get their own beer category.
