Horizont Brewing × Mad Scientist Rice Barleywine fermented with sake yeast, aged in tokaji wine barrels
It’s all about how to insert “evil component” rice into brewing with actually adding something to the final product.
The experiment was finally finalized with Horizont Brewing and we brewed it together at their place. Compared to the basic idea, we had one more twist because we transferred the finished beer into Tokaji Aszú barrels for another 6 months.
